Cancellation and Refund Policy

www.egypt-evisagov.com is a part of Visa Online Service Joint Stock Company. This is a commercial/ private website, NOT an official website of the Government or affiliated with the embassy of New Zealand so a service fee will be charged. Our expert Travel consultants will guide you through the whole process and carefully review all the information submitted. Our fee will be higher between apply directly on Egypt Government system or at Egypt Embassy in your country.

Once you have submitted your application with us, it is assumed and agreed that we will begin the submission process within the timeframe indicated during your application. The processing time only starts from the moment we have received all the correctly completed documents required by the government. It does not include the time taken to correct or request outstanding documents and details.
A refund or cancellation request will not be accepted in the following some cases:

  •     After receiving all of required documents from you and we have already sent you a confirmation email for processing.
  •     If the request is not submitted within 4 hours of receiving the payment confirmation email.
  •     When we got application ID confirmation by Government, that means your application have submitted to them.
  •     Once the eVisa has been sent to your email address, we will be unable to reimburse you the visa fee.

If the eVisa was rejected by the Government because of special reasons or any unexpected reasons, service fee will be refunded (without the Government fee) for you.


REFUND PROCESSING TIME
In the event of a refund the client will be liable for a 10% service fee which is calculated based on the total application fee of the eVisa.
The refund will be credited to your credit/debit card in 10 – 15 days or less depending on your bank.
The refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.

If you wish to request a refund, you need to submit your request via our email support@e-visa-gov.com with the reason why you want to cancel then we will confirm by email.
